Case management

Triona has long experience of systems supporting case management for both sequential pre defined workflows and state workflows.

When several different staff members and workflows are used in the case management process, the need for better control of case management increases. By handling roles of the staff and ensure case history traceability it is possible to get efficient workflows and monitoring of cases.
