Management and Business Intelligense
Management and Business Intelligense is based on Triona's experiences from those areas in which we work, as well as knowledge about standards and methods/models such as IRM and PROPS.
We undertake assignments in analysis, investigation, and purchasing support where we, among other things, work with requirement specification and process development.
We also undertake assignments regarding project-leadership/management support and have expertise with PPS, PROPS, and Pejl. Because it is one of the most important factors for a successful project, Triona places a high level of focus on appointing the right project leadership. When we choose, we choose PROPS as the project model.
Triona is a member of SIS and works actively with Stanli. We continuously participate in the work to create standards within our business areas.
As a company, we have a membership in SIS, and are actively involved in Stanli. We continually participate in the work to create standards in our business areas, even internationally. We are currently involved in the work with TMC (Traffic Message Channel) and EuroRoads.
