Case Management is part of many of the systems. HiDraw is a tool used by the HVDC-unit at ABB Utilities in Ludvika, Sweden. This tool is used extensively as part of the business process encompassing the development and documentation of control systems for HVDC technology.
Consultants from Triona are currently responsible for the architecture, analysis/design and development. The development is implemented completely using object oriented methods.
